Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Personalized and custom items are final sale. Visit our Refund Policy for full details.
What are my shipping options?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $75. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
Email contact@mahjongloft.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours and make it right.

Wipe tiles and racks with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Roll mats loosely for storage to prevent creasing.
