Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are not able to ship to other countries at this time.

Shipping times
Standard shipping ships in 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Faster shipping upgrades are available at checkout, where all options and delivery rates are shown before you pay.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more to the US and Canada. For orders under $75 and for shipping upgrades, rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Holiday orders
Carriers are busier during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering early to allow time for delivery before your celebration.

Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@mahjongloft.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, and we will help you with the next steps, including any claim with the carrier.
